On July 23rd, 2026, Gavin was discharged from The Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC to continue his recovery in his childhood home in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Where we Started: Gavin's Journey from Austin to NYC
Gavin's Medical Event On March 11th, 2026, Gavin was found unresponsive and admitted to Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas after suffering from seemingly random, prolonged seizures known as status epilepticus. He was put into a medically induced coma and remained in the Dell Seton Neurocritical ICU for 6 weeks before being transferred to The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
